Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the production of fine chemicals;

Built a cationic polyacrylamide production line with an annual capacity of 600 tons.

Completed the upgrade of the production equipment and processes for the cationic polyacrylamide production line with an annual capacity of 600 tons, fully implementing large-reactor polymerization, colloidal microparticle production, and automated production, and making the product quality more stable. The product performance reached the level of similar products, and the annual production capacity of cationic polyacrylamide increased to 1,000 tons.

Expanded production for the third time, adding an automated cationic polyacrylamide production line, significantly increasing the production capacity of cationic polyacrylamide products to 3,000 tons. Various independently developed and manufactured products in different models received widespread praise.

Expanded production for the fourth time, putting into operation anionic and non-ionic polyacrylamide production lines with an annual capacity of 17,000 tons. The total annual production capacity reached 20,000 tons.

Expanded production for the fifth time, putting into operation a newly built cationic polyacrylamide production line with an annual capacity of 24,000 tons. The total annual production capacity approached 40,000 tons.

To meet growing opportunities and challenges, the construction of a new factory was underway. With the production scale set to expand by 2–3 times, the annual production capacity was expected to reach 50,000 tons.

The new factory was officially put into operation, expanding the production scale by 2–3 times and introducing fully automated production equipment. The annual production capacity exceeded 50,000 tons.

The cationic polyacrylamide production line was fully upgraded, significantly increasing production capacity and improving product performance. In the same year, Henan Lemax International Trade Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on overseas market development and services.
