Paper Retention Aid

Sludge Dewatering

Sludge treatment is an important part of water treatment in the paper industry. It can be performed using filter presses, screw presses, belt presses, and centrifuges.

The goal of sludge dewatering is to achieve maximum water release while maintaining acceptable solids throughput. Technically, each unit has an optimal operating condition where the desired solids throughput and cake moisture content can be achieved.
