Support from sample trial through routine polymer dosing
Our service does not end when a shipment leaves the factory. Xinqi Polymer supports product identification, solution preparation, dosing-point review and troubleshooting for the agreed application.
To investigate a performance change, provide the batch number, current dose, solution concentration, preparation time, water or sludge conditions and clear photos or test results.
Before commissioning
Confirm storage, make-down equipment, water quality, concentration and addition point.
During optimization
Change one variable at a time and record dose, mixing, floc condition and treated-water result.
When results change
Check incoming solids, pH, salinity, coagulant dose, solution age and mechanical shear.
